Production Method: Crushed, destemmed and fermented on the skins for about 10 days
Aging: Aged 9-12 months in Eastern European oak barrels
Sweetness: Dry
Alcohol: 13.7%
Serving Temperature: Cool room temperature
Aging Potential: 3-5 years
Serve with: Steak, hearty stews
History: Started making Carignan in 2013

Special Note: Shipping is most economical in multiples of 6 or 12 wine bottles.
A price reduction of 5% will be applied for a quantity of 6 wine bottles ordered, and a Caseclub discount for 12 or more wine bottles when a Caseclub member. Wine bottles can be mixed. Mini 4-Packs and cans count as one bottle.
