Ingredients
1 ½ oz Press House Brandy
¼ oz Wollersheim Old Fashioned Cocktail Syrup
1 Orange Wedge
1 Amarena cherry
7-Up (sweet) or Squirt (sour)
Garnish: Skewered Orange and Amarena Cherry
Directions
1. In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle the syrup, orange and cherry into a thick paste being careful not to work the orange peel.
2. Add the brandy and fill the glass with ice.
3. Top with soda.
4. Briefly stir, then garnish with a skewered orange slice and Amarena cherry.
