¾ oz Heirloom Pineapple Amaro
¾ oz Aperol
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Simple Syrup
Directions
1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake 10 to 20 seconds
3. Double strain contents into chilled coupe glass
4. Garnish with Dehydrated lemon slice
