Our Ruby Nouveau is Wisconsin’s version of a Beaujolais Nouveau, traditionally released in France on the third Thursday each November. Ruby Nouveau is made from our estate-grown Maréchal Foch grapes and Winemaker Philippe follows the traditional methods of whole berry fermentation of his home region. Here, Philippe introduces the Ruby Nouveau 2022.
