First, we’re thrilled to announce that this year marks Philippe Coquard’s 40th harvest at Wollersheim, a milestone that adds a special significance to all our releases. One of the highlights is our Ice Wine 2023 Vintage, released on Friday, August 9th. This limited wine captures the essence of the frosty Wisconsin winters, offering a unique and exquisite taste experience. Capture the rare and superb taste of Wollersheim’s Ice Wine, crafted only when nature’s perfect conditions allow.
We’re also introducing something new for our health-conscious wine enthusiasts this August: Lo.Cal. This sparkling, low-calorie wine is perfect for those who want to enjoy a glass without extra calories. It’s refreshing, delicious, and guilt-free!
Next, we’re excited to announce the release of our Au Pomme on Friday, August 30th. This unique blend combines the crispness of apples from Ski Hi with our signature Brandy, resulting in a delightful and refreshing beverage. It’s the ideal drink for those late summer evenings and into the Fall.
Mark your calendars for the third Thursday of November (21st) as we celebrate the Ruby Nouveau Annual Release. Inspired by Philippe’s home region in France, this Wisconsin take on Beaujolais Nouveau is a tradition we look forward to every year. Join us in honoring this heritage with a glass of this vibrant, young wine, made even more special by Philippe’s 40th vintage at Wollersheim.
As we get into the holiday spirit, don’t miss our Festive Fridays at Wollersheim on December 6th and 13th. We’ll have special decor, exclusive tastings, and plenty of cheer to go around. It’s the perfect way to get into the holiday mood and enjoy some quality time with friends and family. Additionally, a fan favorite, our Eagle White, will be released at the first Festive Friday on December 6th.
