We are excited to introduce our newest creation, Garden Rosé. This delightful blush wine, crafted from 100% Wisconsin-grown Marquette grapes, embodies the essence of summer with its crisp and fruity palate.
“We’re so pleased to bring another Wisconsin-grown wine to the table,” says our Winemaker Céline Coquard-Lenerz. “The dry rosé style is one of our favorites at home for its laid-back attitude towards summer, pairing with a meal from the garden, the grill, and good company.”
The Making of Garden Rosé
Our Garden Rosé starts with Marquette grapes, known for their deep purple color. Upon arrival from the field, the grapes undergo a light pressing, which is just enough to extract the beautiful blush hue while preserving the wine’s crisp and fruity character. The wine then undergoes a cool fermentation process to dryness, resulting in a dry rosé that perfectly complements the flavors of summer.
