Ingredients
1 ½ oz Gin
½ oz Genepy
½ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Peychaud’s
Directions
Add ingredients to cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake 10 to 20 seconds
Strain into ice filled Rocks glass
Garnish with a mist of Absinthe
