Ingredients
2 oz Wisconsin Apple Brandy
¾ oz Pomegranate Grenadine* (see note)
¾ oz Lemon Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Absinthe
Garnish: expressed Orange Peel
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake until well chilled.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with an expressed orange peel
Note
8 oz Pomegranate Juice
1 cup granulated sugar
Combine ingredients in a blender. Process until thoroughly combined. Pour into a clean, sealable container. Keep refrigerated.
