Curiosity Collection No. 12, Pot Still Whiskey aged in Port Barrels
Our twelfth bottling in our Curiosity Collection. This release, inspired by the Irish Pot Still style, was distilled using our Vendome pot still and was selected by our Spirits Society members. This release is one of only two barrels produced.
Distilled From: 75% Barley & 25% Malt Barley
Distillation Method: Double distilled using our Pot or the Vendome Still
Age: 8 years, 12 days old
Filtration: Non-chill filtered
Serving: Perfect for sipping
Alcohol: 57% alcohol by volume (114 proof)
Distiller Tom Lenerz and Winemaker Philippe Coquard bring a winemaking approach to the spirits with attention to terroir, slow fermentations and quality of woods sourced for barrel aging, resulting in this fine spirit.
