Thank you to all who celebrated the Grand Opening of Wollersheim Distillery with us on August 14 & 15. Over the two-day event, we had nearly 6,000 visitors. Special thanks to Wrenclaw and Derek Pritzl for playing festive music. Our spirits are still available in the distillery store, and our Coquard Brandy will be available in grocery and liquor stores throughout Wisconsin in the next few weeks. The distillery is open daily, year-round from noon to 5pm.

Upcoming Events at the Winery

Due to extreme weather in 2014, we did not produce a new Ice Wine. As a result, there will not be an Ice Wine Release event in 2015. We hope to have this event return next year.

Join Winemaker Philippe for a special toast at 11am as he taps the Ruby Nouveau barrel. This special toast will be celebrated with Wisconsin sausage and cheese.

Our Ruby Nouveau is Wisconsin’s version of a Beaujolais Nouveau, traditionally released the third Thursday in November. Our Ruby Nouveau is from our estate-grown Foch grapes and Winemaker Philippe follows the traditional methods of whole berry fermentation.
